Brian McMahon and the Okanagan Jazz Roots

November 16, 2024

We cannot celebrate 25 years of great music without looking back and acknowledging our roots: from humble beginnings involving regular jam sessions in the basement of a local hotel, to a vibrant and active jazz society in an enviable heritage venue. All along the way the goal has been making great music available for the Vernon community. To celebrate this journey, we are turning the stage over to our former artistic director and beloved musician, Brian McMahon. We hope this musical experience will feel a lot like a family reunion – Brian is gathering and will be featuring many of the Okanagan Valley’s musical celebrities who at one time have played on our stage. Three sets of music magic await. And hugs.
